A visit of Santa...

I have been on my pre-Christmas trip to France and my brother, and this was on of a lot of mail who was waiting at home... My SSCS gift... From Julie this year.
Look what I got in my Ornament gift. Wow. Thank you Julie,I will be clever and wait untill Christmas with the big gift.....but can I open it at Christmas evening please ? As we do here in Norway...
Going to France I got a beautifull view ower Nice and the mediterranean. Not the best photo, but hope you can use your imagination and see the beauty.
Staying in Grasse we manage to go to an old town in the montain named Mons visiting a Christmas marked. And see what I found...quilting ladies :-) and Tilda items! Tilda are realy big in France, more from there than here in Norway.
I buy thes cute little Christmas item from the ladies. A cute idea....hmmm...:-)
Coming home from France I stayd some days in Oslo...belive it or not,but I have a big pice of my heart there <3 While staying there Tonje and I went to a kind of a Christmas marked named Jule Expo in Lillestrøm to meet some of our friends. Luckey for all of us we manage to get a workshop with Andre Wallenborg. He are a great designer of bags, and he learned us how to make tassels. So now I got my own designer tassel :-)
Here are my verry first Tassel... Proud.... Yes ;-)
There was a lot of shoops at Jule Expo, quilt shoops too. It is so fun to meet the shoop ovners and have a little chat. And yes I got some new patterns and fabrics...
The patterns are not on the photo, but fabrics from here and France. The pile of wool and the blue pile are from France. The blue pile are from Born to Quilt...a frence designer and shoop ovner. The treee little hens are from Mons...

Now I have to get back to my secred for Christmas work...
See you closer to Christmas.
Hugs :-)

So happy the parcel arrived safely! YES! of course you may open it on Christmas Eve. I love the idea of the cotton reels made into a Christmas Banner... might "borrow" that idea. Enjoy your gifts!
